Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our own studio, so your order is packed by the people who made it.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and packed the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day. Every parcel is double-checked against the order before it leaves.

Delivery costs

  • Free tracked shipping on every order over $500.
  • $25 flat rate for orders under $500, worldwide.
  • Express delivery is available at checkout where the destination carrier supports it.

Estimated delivery

  • North America: 3–6 working days after dispatch.
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Asia, Australia & rest of world: 5–12 working days after dispatch.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing can add several days and is outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first movement.

Duties and taxes

Orders are shipped on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Any customs duty, import tax or handling charge raised by your country is payable by you. We declare the true value of every parcel and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Missing or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not with you, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us within 14 days. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and photograph it before contacting us — we will claim on your behalf and replace the item.
