weibmark began with a simple frustration: good shoes and bags were either priced like heirlooms or made like disposable ones. We wanted the middle ground — real leather, honest construction, and a price that reflects the work rather than the logo.

What we make

Handbags, shoulder bags, clutches, heels, boots, flats and sandals. Everything in the collection is made from full-grain or nappa leather, or from suede and raffia where the design calls for it. Nothing is glued where it should be stitched.

How we work

Each piece starts as a drawing and a paper pattern. Our workshop is family-run and small on purpose: it lets us keep runs under a few hundred pieces, check every edge by hand, and fix problems before they reach you rather than after.

Why small runs

Small runs cost us more per piece, and we are happy with that trade. They reduce waste, they let us change a design the moment we find a better way to make it, and they mean you are unlikely to see your bag on three other people in the same week.

Caring for your piece

Leather improves with use. Keep bags out of direct sun when storing them, rest them in the dust bag we include, and wipe spills with a dry cloth rather than a wet one. If a strap or a heel ever needs attention, write to us — we would rather repair than replace.
