These terms govern your use of weibmark and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you accept them.
About us
weibmark sells women’s shoes and handbags online. You can reach us at weibiaokeji2026@outlook.com for anything relating to these terms.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any import duties. Prices may change, but the price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
Product descriptions and images
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Natural leather varies in grain and shade, and screens render colour differently, so a small variation between the photograph and the piece you receive is normal and is not a defect.
Availability
Our pieces are made in small runs. If an item sells out after you order but before we dispatch, we will tell you immediately and offer either a full refund or a place on the waiting list for the next run.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, and shipping terms by our Shipping Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All text, photography and design on this site belong to weibmark. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
